Bishop Harding Smith visits the Homeless in San Jose California

Bishop Harding Smith takes a Homeless man out to dinner after visiting Homeless

Shelters In San Jose CA. Bishop Harding Smith was able to speak with Homeless People at the Bill Wilson Center and another Shelter on North King Rd. Bishop Harding Smith was heart broken when he learn from Homeless people and Staff that you have to pass a Drug Test to be admitted at the Shelter on North King RD. Most of the people out their are Homeless because of some kind of chemical dependency and they need help and resources rather then been denied a warm bed to rest their heads.
